  • Selection of additional hourly services
  • Decorating the bridal suite the night of the wedding
  • Establishing hotel room block reservations
  • Picking up and returning tuxedos to the rental company
  • Picking up and returning the bridal gown for pressing, alterations and/or cleaning at the conclusion
  • Ordering and returning any rental items to rental companies
  • Designing and arranging the printing of paper items: save-the-date cards, escort/place cards, menus, programs, etc.
  • Arranging salon/spa appointments for bridal party or family members
  • Creating, assembling and delivering guest gift bags/baskets
  • Locating a rehearsal dinner location and making arrangements/reservations
  • Making arrangements for wedding brunch and bridal shower
  • Arranging activities for guests
  • Assembling and mailing invitations
  • Managing the guest list and collecting the RSVP’s
  • Researching and purchasing specialty items
  • Please ask if there’s something else that you need assistance with
  • All fees are based on a five-six hour event. Additional fees may apply for longer events
  • All packages include a minimum of one assistant
  • The number of assistant hours are at the discretion of the event planner
